Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an IT/Deployment Administrator at Complytek. The IT Administrator will be responsible for technical support, network administration, system administration, troubleshooting, and information technology tasks:
- Deployment Planning and Coordination
- Execution and Monitoring of deployments
- System Administration: Conduct regular checks and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, guiding users through solutions.
- Network Administration
- Software Installation and Configuration
- Data Backup and Recovery
- Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology or related field
- 2+ years of experience in deployment management or a related field
- Troubleshooting and Information Technology knowledge
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience with deployment tools, such as Jenkins or Azure Pipelines
- Basic knowledge of orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Technical Support, Network Administration, and System Administration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, IT or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages
- Knowledge of any SQL Programming is a plus
- Knowledge of Angular, .Net, Microsoft Azure or Docker is a plus
- Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)
- Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to understand complex software and develop a comprehensive testing strategy.
