Role overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Customer Support: Support clients on the daily use of our technology solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving client issues efficiently.
• Customer Success Management: Build strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and ensure satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from customers to inform product development and service enhancements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics related to solution adoption, customer engagement, and support cases to drive continuous improvement.
• Solutions Releases testing: Support the team on solution releases testing to ensure smooth integration and customer satisfaction.
• Solutions Configuration and Set up: Assist in the solutions configuration and set-up of clients environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in solutions delivery, customer success, technical support, or a related role within a technology-driven environment.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, software deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Communication & Relationship Management: Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users and build lasting client relationships.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise software environments will be considered as an advantage
• Prior experience with CRM and support tools is a plus

• Configure and manage Linux servers for high performance and reliability.
• Maintain Docker containers and migrate services to Kubernetes.
• Guide and support a junior DevOps engineer.
• Use Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm) to manage environments.
• Manage network equipment like routers, VPNs, and firewalls (e.g. Sophos).
• Administer virtual machines and monitor system health.
• Create and manage backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or TeamCity.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues.
• Keep technical documentation updated.

• 3+ years in infrastructure or network roles.
• Strong experience with Linux, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and cloud-native apps.
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. TeamCity, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins).
• Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana, ELK, Prometheus).
• Knowledge of Azure, Proxmox, and container orchestration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure projects align with business objectives and compliance standards.

• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior developers to elevate code quality and team performance.
• Proactively identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring the robustness and reliability of software solutions.

• Work independently with minimum supervision.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, IT or related field 
• 4+ years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages 
• Knowledge of any SQL Programming
• Knowledge of Angular, .Net, Microsoft Azure or Docker is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
