The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, labor law compliance, and employee welfare and engagement.

 

The Position:

  • Recruitment: Oversee recruitment strategies, interviewing and onboarding. Collaborate on staffing needs
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement disciplinary procedures as needed.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisals, coordinate with the Coaching team, and support career development initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize programs, and monitor their success
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation strategies and benefits administration
  • Compliance/Legal: Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain records, and manage HR audits.
  • Organizational Development: Support organizational structure, culture initiatives, and lead change management efforts.
  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage the HR budget, and track key HR metrics.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred: Master’s degree or HR certification.
  • Experience: 4-7 years in HR, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, knowledge of labor laws, HRIS proficiency, and strategic thinking.
