Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners in B2B SaaS and financial compliance sectors.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and client needs to uncover AI-driven AML business opportunities.
  • Negotiation Strategies: Develop strategies by evaluating risks, potentials, and the competitive landscape 
  • Industry Insights: Research RegTech and AML developments to identify new business ideas and leads.
  • Sales Outreach: Use AI tools for proactive lead generation and engagement with potential partners.
  • Solution Promotion: Align and communicate AML solutions with client compliance needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Thrive in a collaborative and independent work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in RegTech or compliance.
  • Effective Communication skills: Excellent English (verbal and written); proficiency in French, German, or Arabic is a bonus.
  • AI Tools: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Miro, JIRA, etc.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, team-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Technical Skills: Leadership, adaptability to new tech, strong organizational and analytical abilities.
