Business Analyst

Role Overview

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for technology? Complytek is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and help drive impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to enhance our solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable insights.
• Support product development by identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Control the quality of software deliverables according to the business analysis.
• Plan and monitor the implementation of software projects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• +4 years experience in business analysis
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, and BPMN modeling tools.
• Excellent knowledge of English language 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
