The Position:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client software support
  • Generate, review and process financial documents (invoices, receipts, credits etc.) accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and organize calendars for the Management Team, scheduling appointments, meetings and events
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations
  • Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as document preparation and record-keeping
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of related experience is required
  • Experience in financial document management is desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong computer, organizational and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, goal and achievement-oriented with a desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment
